Sales Tax

We charge 2.9% sales tax for Colorado residents only, and an additional 0.80% sales tax for Colorado Larimer County residents.

Shipping & Handling

We ship all items through the United States Postal Service. We ship items 1 to 5 business days after we receive an order.

Important Note: Choosing Priority or Express shipping does not mean that we will process your order more quickly; it means that when we ship your order, the delivery timeframe will be shortened. Allow the appropriate delivery time based on the shipping method chosen.

** Depends on delivery location. Express shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, for instance, take longer.
*** The express cost may be anywhere from $18.00 to $25.00 depending on your location. If the cost is less, we will reduce the shipping cost for your order appropriately.

If you order more than 10 items, your shipping will be recalculated appropriately based on package weight and the shipping method chosen. We will let you know what the recalculated shipping amount is before shipping your order.

Payment Methods

Visa Mastercard We accept Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, and money orders. We do not accept checks or money orders from countries other than the United States. We do not accept cash or CODs. We charge a $15 fee on all returned checks. You can order online and pay by credit card, check/money order, or call-in your credit card information on our business telephone line (not toll-free) — 1-970-237-0635.

We do not ship orders until we receive payment through one of the methods listed above.

Credit Card Transaction Policies

If you have ordered by credit card, we will authorize the transaction on your card prior to shipping your order.

For your protection and ours, we use address verification to verify credit card orders. We also require the 3-digit CVS code on the back of your credit card (see below). If the billing address (where you receive credit card statements) and CVS you provide do not match the account information for the credit card, we will not process the order.

If you are in the United States and your credit card transaction is declined or there is a problem with the transaction such as an address or card number mismatch, we will contact you by e-mail with further instructions.

If you are in another country and the credit card transaction is declined, we reserve the right to cancel your order immediately and stop future business dealings with you at our discretion.

If the billing address of your credit card is in a foreign country and you request us to ship the items to either the United States or a different country, we reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion.

Privacy Policy

We never share customer information with any other businesses, individuals, or outside entities. Customer information is only used by us to process orders.

Our online shopping cart system is hosted on Front Range Internet's (FRII's) secure server. FRII is our Internet Service Provider (ISP). All credit card transactions are private and secure. Secure ordering ensures that when you enter and submit form data, the information is encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to prevent your entries from being seen by others during transit. You will know your transaction is secure when you see a locked padlock Locked padlock in your internet browser (varies by type of browser) and/or see that the web address (URL) is preceded with https:// rather than http://.

We only keep names and addresses of customers who have asked to join our mailing list, receive periodic catalogs, or be kept informed of new hat styles or specials.

Refund/Exchange/Return Policy

Items may be returned for either a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt of your order. Customized items or items that have been soiled, damaged, or worn extensively cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Use the return form located at the bottom of the information sheet we mailed you with your order to make a return.
